摘    要:对国外刚刚研究起步的有机半导体探测器材料及器件的研究现状进行了分析,介绍了有机半导体探测器材料和薄膜的制备及表征技术,并对有机半导体探测器材料的未来做了展望.

Abstract:The present situation of the abroad justly started study on the organic semiconductor detector materials and devices was analyzed. The techniques for preparation and characterization of organic semiconductor materials and their thin films were introduced, and the future of the organic semiconductor detector materials was looked forward.
