基于ZigBee的工业仪表无线数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:为了实现工业现场仪表的无线接入,研制了一种基于ZigBee技术的无线网络适配器。并搭建了一个符合ZigBee技术规范的工业仪表无线数据采集系统,对工业现场仪器仪表的过程数据进行实时采集、传输和处理。系统的硬件电路围绕CC2430芯片进行设计,软件设计基于ZigBee精简版协议栈。经实验结果表明,整个系统功耗小、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强,能较好满足工业现场的需求。

Industrial Instrumentation Wireless Data Acquisition System Based on ZigBee
Abstract:In order to liberate the factory from the fetters of kinds of cables,a wireless adapter is designed based on ZigBee technology.A wireless data acquisition system which conforms to the ZigBee standard was established. Thus the real-time information of Instruments and meters" process data can be collected, sent and disposed.The hardware circuit of the system is designed around the CC2430 chip and the software is designed based on simple protocol stack of ZigBee.The experimental result indicates that the whole system can meet the needs of the industrial scene.
