| Abstract: | Taking the Minnan science and Technology Institute of Fujian Normal University as an example, this paper explains the construction and management of laboratory in today’s independent colleges. It discusses on the close relationship between the laboratory construction and management with the experiments reform and innovation for students and teachers;and discusses the importance of strengthening the laboratory technician team construction and increasing university-enterprise cooperation. |
