摘    要:CSJ114震击器应用液压和机械原理,通过锥体活塞在液缸内的运动和提拉钻具储能实现上击动作,可以多次使用,重复震击。但使用过程中,发现其在井下作业中无法震击的情况时有发生,从而拖延工期,影响施工质量。为此分析其现有工作原理,找出其问题存在的原因,通过改进结构,使之能在井下作业中正常工作。经过现场应用表明,改进后的CSJ114超级震击器在地面组装调试合格后,在施工过程中能提供合理的延时贮能时间。

Abstract:According to the hydraulic and mechanical principle,the CSJ114 jar strikes upward repeatedly through the moving of cylinder piston in the hydraulic jar and energy storing of drill pulling.However,CSJ114 jar could not strike sometimes in practice,which postponed the working period and influenced the construction quality.The study analyzed the working principle of CSJ114 jar,and improved its structure.In the field application,the improved CSJ114 jar,after being assembled correctly on the ground,can work normally in downhole,and provide reasonable time of time delay and energy storing.
