摘    要:运用Algor有限元软件对抽油杆柱和油管进行实体建模和网格划分,以抽油杆柱力学规律和运动模型为基础,建立了抽油杆柱仿真运动模型,以抽油机悬点运动规律、抽油杆柱下端(泵柱塞)受力和杆柱沿程重力分布为约束条件,计算分析了在一个抽汲周期内不同时刻抽油杆柱沿程径向位移分布规律、最大径向位移和中性点分布特征,对比分析了扶正器安装前后抽油杆柱径向位移的变化,为防偏磨扶正器安装设计提供理论依据;以油井的现场偏磨情况与理论仿真结果进行对比分析,验证了仿真结果的正确性。

Abstract:Using Algor finite element software,the entity modeling and the mesh of sucker rod string and tubing were established and generated.Based on the mechanics rule and motion model of rod string,the simulation motion model of rod string was built.By constraints of the suspension point motion of the sucker rod of pumping unit,the force of the column bottom (pump plunger),and the distribution of gravity force along the rod string,it was calculated and analyzed that the radial displacement distribution along the sucker rod string,the maximum radial displacement,and the distribution charac-teristics of neutral point at different moment in the same swabbing period.And it was compared and analyzed that the change of radial displacement before and after installing centralizer on the rod string.It provides theoretical basis for the design and installation of preventing eccentric wear centralizer.The correctness of the simulation results was validated by comparing the eccentric wear in the oilfield and simulation results.
