基于神经网络参考模型的船舶航向智能自适应控制系统

摘    要:为使船舶能在不同状态和环境下按所希望的要求改变船舶的航向,提出了一种基于神经网络参考模型的船舶航向智能自适应控制算法,利用神经网络建立了参考模型和船舶航向运动的辨识模型。并将模糊控制与神经网络相结合,设计了模糊神经网络控制器。利用神经网络的学习功能对控制器的隶属度函数及推理规则进行修正,以提高其自适应能力。仿真结果表明该算法对船舶转向控制有良好的效果。

Abstract:A reference model and an identification model have been established using neural networks for ship course control so that the ship course can be changed as required in different configurations and various environments. A fuzzy neural network controller is designed by combining the fuzzy control with the neural network. The membership functions and the inference rules in the controller are modified using the learning functions of neural network so that the adaptability of the controller is further enhanced. Simulation results show that the algorithm is very effective for ship course-changing control.
