分子识别元件聚苯乙烯载体的再生

摘    要:本文报道将酶免疫传感器中所用的分子识别元件聚苯乙烯载体,用铬洗液处理使其再生。以聚苯乙烯酶标板进行实验,再生板具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点。但空白值高,易出现非特异性识别的结合。为消除多余的结合点,用掺入适量无关蛋白的包被液包被酶标板,则得到满意的再生效果。

Regeration for the Polyrene Carrier of Molecular Recognition Elements

Abstract:Here a method for regenerating the carrier of moleaular recognition elements (polystyrene microtiter plate ) for enzyme immunosensors with chromic acid mixture is reported. Using the regenerated polystyrene microtiter plates for enzyme immunoassay(EIA), the plates show an advantage of high sensitivity, well precision and wide linear range, and a disadvantage of higher blank OD value. For limiting the nonspecific binding, we further treat the plates with coating solutions containing an amount of an irrelevant protein to eliminate surplus binding sites, and then a satifactory regenerative effect is obtained.
