铅银渣中铅矾浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对某冶炼厂铅银渣中铅品位17.55%的细粒级铅矾进行了浮选回收试验研究。结果表明, 采用液固比为2 mL/g的清水对铅银渣清洗过滤两次, 在浮选给矿浓度30%, pH调整剂氧化钙用量500 g/t、抑制剂硅酸钠用量2 000 g/t、捕收剂水杨羟肟酸用量1 500 g/t、起泡剂松醇油用量75 g/t, 浮选时间4 min的条件下, 经一粗一扫三精、中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路流程, 获得了精矿铅品位47.18%、铅回收率76.39%, 有效回收了铅银渣中的有价金属铅矾, 为该铅银渣的有效利用提供了技术依据。

Abstract:A flotation approach was adopted to reclaim fine anglesite grading 17.55% Pb from the Pb-Ag residue of a smelter. After washed twice in a suspension with a liquid-solid ratio of 2 mL/g, the residue was floated with the feed concentration of 30%, with the flotation time of 4 min, and the dosage for pH regulator CaO, depressant Na2SiO3, collector salicylhydroxamic acid, and frother terpenic oil at 500, 2 000, 1 500 and 75 g/t, respectively. Adopting a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and three cleaning operations, with the middlings reloaded in sequence, a concentrate grading with 47.18% Pb at 76.39% recovery was reclaimed. This approach can effectively recover valuable metals in anglesite, which provides a technical foundation for the utilization of this Pb-Ag residue.
