基于MnO-SiO2-CaO渣型的辉锑矿挥发熔炼工艺

摘    要:提出以硫化锰矿作造渣剂、采用MnO-SiO2-CaO渣型的辉锑矿挥发熔炼新工艺。试验确定的最佳工艺条件为:硫化锰矿、氧化钙和焦炭用量分别为锑精矿质量的20.01%、6.66%和4.98%,熔炼温度1 250~1 300 ℃,氧气流量0.7 L/min,熔炼时间50 min;此条件下锑锍产率5.09%,渣中Sb含量0.33%,Sb挥发率99.75%,炉渣主要由MnO、FeO、SiO2、CaO组成,含量分别为19.11%、11.20%、34.78%和14.23%。在试验条件范围内,Mn在渣/锍两相间分配比值明显高于Fe,达到1.0。以MnS作造渣剂,采用MnO-SiO2-CaO渣型进行辉锑矿的挥发熔炼,可望强化挥发熔池熔炼炉的顺畅运行。

Volatilization Smelting of Stibnite Based on MnO-SiO2-CaO Slag System

Abstract:A new technique of volatilization smelting of stibnite based on MnO-SiO2-CaO slag system was proposed, in which manganese sulfide ore was used as the slagging material. After tests, the optimized technical conditions were determined. It was shown that with the additions of manganese sulfide ore, CaO and coke respectively at the amounts of 20.01%, 6.66% and 4.98% of antimony concentrate by mass, oxygen flow of 0.7 L/min, the smelting at the temperature of 1 250~1 300 ℃ for 50 min, the yield of antimony mattes was 5.09% and content of Sb in slag was 0.33%, with the evaporation rate of Sb reaching 99.75%. The obtained slag principally consisted of 19.11% MnO, 11.20% FeO, 34.78% SiO2 and 14.23% CaO. The distribution ratio of Mn between slag and matte was kept about 1.0 in the test, obviously higher than that of Fe. It is concluded that with MnS as the slagging material, volatilization smelting of stibnite based on MnO-SiO2-CaO slag system is beneficial to the smooth operation of bath smelting furnace.
