摘    要:根据河南能源“三优三减三提”文件精神和安全高效矿井建设指导意见,结合义络煤业公司35和37采区实际情况,通过方案比选,确定采区优化合并方案,并对3个区段的工作面布局进行优化。生产系统布局优化后,共用1套生产系统,减少大量的岩巷工程;不再布置底板岩石集中巷,直接进入煤层掘进工作面下顺槽,优化了采区巷道布置,直接掘进工作面下巷,杜绝了串联通风的问题;准备采煤工作面时,可减少布置3个工作面,减少3次工作面安装及拆除,工作面从西翼推至东翼,可将中部的三角煤予以回收,提高了工作面煤炭回收率,增加了矿井产量,单个工作面能增加300余万的经济效益。生产系统优化产生良好的效果及效益,此经验可推广应用至义络煤业公司33和36采区,实现节约成本,增产增效,集约化生产。

Abstract:According to the document spirit of "three excellent,three reduction and three improvement" and guidance principle of safe and efficient production of Henan Energy Group,combined with the actual situation of the 35 and 37 mining areas,through scheme selection,the optimal optimization consolidation scheme of mining area is determined,so as to optimize the layout of working face of three sections.After the layout of the production system,a set of production system is shared,large quantity of roadway excavation engineering is reduced.Floor rock concentration roadway cannot be set,the gateway of coal seam excavation working face can be entered directly,the layout of roadway of mining area is optimized,the lower roadway of working face can be excavated directly,the series ventilation problem is solved effectively.When preparing the coal mining face,three working face can be reduced,the installation and removal work of three working face can be eliminated.The triangle coal in the middle area can be recovered when the working face is pushed from the west wing to the east wing,the working face coal recovery rate is improved,the mine production is increased,about 3 million yuan economic benefits can be increased of single working face.Ideal benefits is obtained by the optimization of production system,it can be used to 33 and 36 mining areas in Yiluo Coal Company,so as to realize the goal of saving cost,increasing production and efficiency and intensive production.
