摘    要:为解决高瓦斯综采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量大而导致的上隅角瓦斯超限问题,提出采用高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术对采空区瓦斯进行治理。数值模拟计算了工作面开采时上覆岩层裂隙带发育高度,设计了合理的定向长钻孔抽采参数。现场应用结果表明:采用高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,瓦斯抽采浓度高、流量稳定、有效抽采时间长,回采期间尚未发生上隅角瓦斯超限,瓦斯抽采效果显著,保证了矿井安全高效生产。

Abstract:To solve the problem of gas exceeding limit in upper corner caused by large gas emission in goaf of high gas fully mechanized mining face,the high directional long borehole gas extraction technology was proposed to control gas in goaf.The height of fracture zone in overlying rock strata during mining was calculated by numerical simulation,and reasonable parameters of directional long borehole extraction were designed.The field application results show that the gas extraction technology with high directional long borehole has high concentration,stable flow rate,long effective extraction time,and no gas overrun in upper corner occurs during the mining period.The gas extraction effect is remarkable,which ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
