摘    要:在挠曲电效应的基础上,研究了光照对ADS模式TFT-LCD Flicker漂移的影响。首先研究了正常点灯下Flicker漂移情况,然后测试了不加背光和降低背光亮度下的Flicker漂移,最后研究了光照panel一段时间后Flicker漂移情况。实验结果表明,光照使Cell盒内产生了离子,驱动信号电压存在时液晶发生极化,产生的"力"吸附离子,从而形成了直流偏压,产生了Flicker漂移。降低光照强度Flicker漂移程度减弱。利用该结果在一定程度上对显示器整体设计和品质的改善有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the flexoelectric effect, the illumination influence on the flicker shift of the Advanced Super Dimension Switch (ADS) Mode Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD) has been studied in this paper. First, this article researched the flicker shift of LCD under the condition of the standard backlight brightness, then tested the flicker shift of the samples without backlight or reducing the backlight brightness. Finally, this article studied the influence of lighting panel after a period of time on flicker shift. The experimental results showed that the illumination makes cell to generate ions. Due to liquid crystal polarization, a force will emerge when driving signal voltage exists. The existence of the force will cause ions to be accumulated, forming residual DC which results in flicker shift. Flicker shift will weaken as backlight brightness decreases. These results have great guiding significance for LCD system design and display quality improvement to a certain extent.
