摘    要:针对四川某锂辉石矿,在浮选入料粒度为-0.075 mm粒级占70%的前提下,系统研究了磨矿浓度、磨矿时间、介质充填率、钢球配比、药剂作用及磨矿介质类型等参数对锂辉石最佳浮选粒级(-0.106+0.038 mm)分布及品位的影响。实验室试验结果表明,通过调整磨矿浓度、介质充填率和钢球配比等参数,可有效提高-0.106+0.038 mm粒级含量和磨矿技术效率。在此基础上,添加碳酸钠可改善磨矿过程中矿浆的流变性,碳酸钠用量为800 g/t时,能进一步提高-0.106+0.038 mm粒级产率。在-0.075 mm粒级占70%条件下,球磨和棒磨获得的-0.106+0.038 mm粒级含量相近,但球磨产品中该粒级Li2O品位更高,选择性磨矿作用更好。优化球磨参数后,锂辉石回收率可达95.92%,精矿品位为4.84%。

Abstract:In the processing of a spodumene ore from Sichuan Province, the flotation feed fineness was optimized as -0.075 mm 70%. The influences of parameters, such as grinding concentration, grinding time, medium charge proportion, steel ball distribution, reagent's effect and medium shape, on proportion and grade of the optimal size fraction (-0.106+0.038 mm) for flotation were systematically studied. The results showed that the percentage of -0.106+0.038 mm range and grinding efficiency could be improved effectively by adjusting grinding concentration, medium charge proportion and steel ball distribution. By adding sodium carbonate, the rheological properties of slurry amid the grinding process were improved and the yield of -0.106+0.038 mm fraction could be further enhanced with its dosage at 800 g/t. When ball mill and rod mill were introduced to obtain the same grinding fineness of  -0.075 mm 70%, the percentage of -0.106+0.038 mm fraction in the products was very close, yet the Li2O content in the -0.106+0.038 mm fraction of ball milled pulp was higher, showing a better grinding selectivity. After the optimization of grinding parameters, the recovery of spodumene was increased to 95.92% and the concentrate grade reached 4.84%.
