云南某低品位磁铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对云南某原矿TFe品位22.35%、磁性铁含量15.58%的贫磁铁矿进行了选矿试验研究。经过不同粒度预选试验和多流程对比试验,开发出了适合该矿的选矿工艺流程,采用粗粒预选-磨矿-弱磁选-重选-再磨-弱磁选流程,取得了精矿产率23.89%、TFe品位65.70%、回收率70.28%的指标。

Abstract:Experimental study was carried out to beneficiate a lean magnetite ore from Yunan Province with TFe grade of 22.35% and magnetic iron (mFe) content of 15.58%. Based on preconcentration tests with varied feed size and contrast tests of multiple processes, a suitable dressing flowsheet is proposed. It is shown that a flowsheet consisting of sequentially coarse fraction preconcentration, grinding, low intensity magnetic separation (LIMS), gravity separation, regrinding and LIMS processes, can produce an iron concentrate grading 65.70% TFe at 70.28% recovery with the yield of 23.89%.
