摘    要:材料在长期服役过程中承载力与耐久性降低,传统的动态监测方式存在监测精度不高,布线麻烦等问题,不能很好地为材料的结构破坏分析提供所需数据。针对这一现象,本文设计出动态监测系统,其以STM32微控制器为核心,利用无线传输技术,对压力传感器进行温度补偿的同时对所采集数据进行处理。通过实践证明,所设计的监测系统能够实现无线传输、提高监测系统精度,同时能够很好地为近场动力学理论仿真分析提供所需数据,实践验证能够达到预期结果。

Abstract:In the process of long-term service, the bearing capacity and durability of material reduced, and traditional dynamic monitoring has some problems,such as low monitoring precision, routing complexity etc.So it is hard to provide the required data for the analysis of material structure damage. Aiming at this phenomenon, we have designed the dynamic monitoring system which takes STM32 microcontroller as the core. We carried on the temperature compensation of the pressure sensor and at the same time dealed with the data collected in the process.The practice has proved that this monitoring system can realize the wireless transmission and improve accuracy of monitoring system.Meanwhile,it can also provide the better simulation analysis data for Peridynamics theory.The practice verified that it can achieve expected results.
