本溪某铁矿制备超级铁精矿试验研究

摘    要:以辽宁本溪某原矿TFe品位30.45%的铁矿为原料制备超级铁精矿。采用阶段磨矿-弱磁选-磁选柱降硅-反浮选提纯工艺,可以获得TFe品位71.25%、回收率65.02%、SiO2含量0.15%、酸不溶物含量0.10%的低杂质合格超级铁精矿,以及TFe品位65.28%、回收率19.64%的普通铁精矿。

Abstract:An iron ore from Benxi in Liaoning Province with TFe grade of 30.45% was taken as the raw material to prepare super iron concentrate by adopting a process consisting of staged grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-magnetic column reducing silicon-reverse flotation. Finally, a super iron concentrate was obtained with TFe grade of 71.25%, TFe recovery of 65.02%, SiO2 content of 0.15% and acid-insoluble residue content of 0.10%, and a common iron concentrate was obtained with TFe grade and recovery of 65.28% and 19.64%, respectively.
