小纪汗煤矿11217大采高工作面综合降尘技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对小纪汗煤矿217大采高综采工作面生产过程中的粉尘污染问题,在深入分析其产尘特点的基础上,提出“先抑、后控、再降”的粉尘治理思路,决定在该工作面采用尘源跟踪喷雾控尘系统+采煤机引射控降尘+摇臂高压喷雾降尘相结合的控降尘技术,并根据支架在降柱移架期间产尘量大的特点,设计了支架架间水力引射除尘装置。采取上述降尘措施后,工作面正常生产时的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘浓度分别降低90%和86%以上,取得了显著的降尘效果。

Abstract:In view of Xiaojihan Coal Mine 217 large mining height are broken problem of dust pollution in the production process of fully mechanized working face, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of producing dust, put forward "after suppression, control, and then drop" dust control train of thought, decided in the working face tracking spray dust control system using dust source + rocker arm high pressure spray coal tractor shot charged dust dust, the dust control technique of combining and according to the stent during the down move frame column producing dust the characteristics of large amount of design of the support frame hydraulic ejector between dust removal device. After the above dust removal measures were taken, the total dust concentration and respirable dust concentration of the working face during normal production were reduced by 90% and more than 86% respectively, and significant dust removal effect was achieved.
