基于FLAC3D的分级尾砂充填治理采空区的研究

摘    要:为避免采空区垮落对地表的生产建筑造成危害。根据某铁矿Ⅰ号铜矿带浅部矿体的特点及矿山的生产现状,用分级尾砂高浓度胶结充填的方式进行采空区治理。并利用Fl AC3D软件对采空区充填前后上部围岩的应力、位移变化和塑性区等进行稳定性分析。模拟结果表明,进行分级尾砂胶结充填治理采空区能够有效减少采空区围岩位移量,改善应力重新分布情况,从而维护矿山生产安全。

Abstract:In order to avoid the goaf caving cause a harm to production buildings of the surface of the mine. According to the characteristics of the ore body and the present situation of mine production, classified tailings are used to carry out the management of the goaf. The stress and displacement of the surrounding rock before and after the goaf filling and the plastic zone were analyzed by FlAC3D. The simulation results show that classified tailings can effectively reduce the displacement of surrounding rock and improve the stress redistribution and maintain mine safety.
