摘    要:云南省某铅锌银硫矿中铅品位为2.62%,锌品位为0.44%,银品位为40.24g/t,硫品位为10.54%。针对原矿成分复杂,存在银伴生和有用矿物含量低的特点,确定优先浮铅—浮硫工艺流程。结果表明,在铅理论回收率81%条件下,能得到铅精矿铅品位和回收率分别为40.93%和72.22%、银品位为829.21g/t、硫精矿硫品位和回收率分别为31.45%和84.36%的良好指标。研究为有效开发低品位多金属铅锌矿资源提供了参考。

Abstract:The Pb grade of a Pb-Zn-Ag-S complex sulfide ore from Yunnan Province is 2.62%, with 0.44% Zn, 40.24 g/t Ag and 10.54% S, respectively. This ore has a complicated distribution for components with silver associated. The lead-sulfur preferential floatation is determined as a separation flowsheet for this ore. The results indicated that the lead grade and recovery of lead concentrate were 40.93% and 72.22%, respectively, and the silver was also concentrated in the concentrate at 829.21 g/t; the sulfur grade and recovery of sulfur concentrate were 31.45% and 84.36%, respectively. This experimental study provides a reference for the effective separation of Low-grade lead-zinc resources.Keywords: Lead-zinc sulfide ore, flotation, silver recovery
