含碳铅银矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对云南大理某含碳铅银矿石, 采用先浮选脱碳后浮选铅银矿物的优先浮选工艺, 闭路试验获得了铅品位3.09%、银品位40.25 g/t, 铅损失率1.94%、银损失率2.12%的碳产品及铅品位63.68%、银品位753.66 g/t, 铅回收率94.84%、银回收率94.05%的铅精矿。有价元素铅和银得到了很好地回收。

Abstract:To process a certain lead-silver ore bearing organic carbon from Dali of Yunnan Province, a selective flotation process consisting of Pb-Ag flotation after decarbonization flotation was adopted. The closed-circuit test produced a carbonaceous product with Pb grade of 3.09% at loss ratio of 1.94%, and Ag content of 40.25 g/t at loss ratio of 2.12%, as well as a lead concentrate grading 63.68%Pb at 94.84% recovery, 753.66 g/t Ag at 94.05% recovery. It is shown that valuable elements of Pb and Ag can be reclaimed effectively with this technique.
