富锗渣矿协同浸出回收有价金属工艺研究

摘    要:以锌浸出渣-富锗锌精矿为主要原料, 协同浸出物料中锌、锗。实验结果表明, 在还原浸出初始酸度70~75 g/L、高酸浸出初始酸度115 g/L、反应温度85~90 ℃、反应时间2 h条件下, 锌和锗浸出率分别可达93%和87%。该工艺简单、流程短, 不用增加复杂设备, 可为富锗锌精矿和锌浸出渣的清洁高效全湿法处理及产业化生产提供借鉴。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted for recovering Zn and Ge from materials composed of zinc leaching slag and germanium-rich zinc concentrate by using a synergistic leaching method. The results showed that, with an initial acid concentration at 70~75 g/L for reduction leaching process, an initial acid concentration at 115 g/L for strong acid leaching process, the leaching rate of Zn and Ge reached 93% and 87%, respectively, after reaction at the temperature of 85~90 ℃ for 2 h. It is shown that this processing technique, being simple with a short flowsheet and without any complex equipment, can be adopted as a clean and efficient hydrometallurgical process for germanium-rich concentrate and zinc leaching slag, which may be of certain reference for its industrialization.
