摘    要:针对湖南柿竹园钨、钼、铋、萤石复杂多金属矿采用高梯度强磁选分离黑、白钨矿-黑、白钨矿分别浮选的工艺流程,采用离心机对高梯度强磁选精矿进行重选预先抛尾,提高黑钨矿入选品位,减少黑钨矿浮选给矿量,得到的粗精矿再用浮选回收黑钨矿。试验结果表明,对WO3品位0.64%的高梯度磁选精矿进行重选抛尾-浮选,获得了WO3品位54.23%、回收率84.75%的黑钨精矿。通过预选抛尾,减少了浮选投资,同时较大幅度降低了水耗、电耗和药耗,取得了较好的技术经济指标。

Abstract:To process the tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth-fluorite polymetallic ore from Shizhuyuan Mine in Hunan Province, a flowsheet consisting of wolframite/scheelite separation by high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) and separate flotation of wolframite and scheelite was adopted. Centrifuge was used to treat HGMS concentrate for pre-discarding tailings, so as to enrich the feed grade and reduce the feed rate for the succeeding wolframite flotation. Test results showed that the HGMS concentrate with WO3 grade of 0.64% was beneficiated by using gravity separation-flotation flowsheet, and a wolframite concentrate were collected with WO3 grade and recovery of 54.23% and 84.75%, respectively. By discarding tailings with this preconcentration process, not only the investment on flotation process was scaled down, but also the consumption of water, electricity and reagent were all remarkably reduced. Consequently, good techno-economic indicators have been obtained.
