摘    要:在硝铵生产中,中和、蒸发蒸汽中夹带有一定的硝铵和氨,当其冷凝后成为硝铵废液后直接排放,不仅造成物料流失而且污染环境。为了节能减排,首先将中和废液回收至吸收塔内作为吸收剂进行生产性试验,运行1年后效果明显。之后逐渐回收了全部的中和、蒸发废液,节约了资源并减少了排放,为公司带来巨大效益。但是在回收硝铵废液后,会使第2吸收塔出口NOx排出量相对增加,从而增加了后工序处理的难度。在确定了造成NOx排出量增加的主要因素后,从工艺上采取了相应的措施,减轻了回收硝铵废液后产生的不利影响。

Abstract:In the production of ammonium nitrate the vapors from neutralization and evaporation entrain a definite amount of ammonium nitrate and ammonia,and when they condense to become waste ammonium nitrate liquor,it is directly discharged,thereby not only bringing about material loss but also polluting the environment.With a view to saving energy and reducing discharge,the waste neutralization liquor is first recovered in the absorption tower to be used as an absorbent,and a production test is carried out,with remarkable results after a year of operation.Later,all of the waste neutralization and evaporation liquor is progressively recovered,saving resources and reducing discharge,and the producer obtains great benefit.However,after the recovery of waste ammonium nitrate liquor,the NOx emission from the vent of the No.2 absorption tower increases correspondingly,thus rendering the treatment is subsequent steps more difficult.By determining the chief factors that increase the NOx emission,appropriate measures are taken in the process,and the unfavorable effect due to the recovery of waste ammonium nitrate liquor is nitigated.
