摘    要:在电控共轨柴油机上,试验研究了煤直接液化柴油(DDCL)、石化柴油及二者混合燃料的燃烧和排放特性.结果表明,与石化柴油相比,DDCL燃烧始点晚,预混合燃烧强,但在大平均有效压力时不明显.DDCL混合一定比例的石化柴油后燃烧始点接近于石化柴油.随DDCL掺混比例增加,在小平均有效压力时的NOx、CO和HC排放增加较显著,而碳烟降低.对于颗粒物排放,纯DDCL较石化柴油略高,而石化柴油掺混小比例DDCL时颗粒物排放降低.

Abstract:Combustion and emission characteristics of a common-rail,heavy-duty diesel engine fuelled with synthetic diesel from direct coal liquefaction(DDCL)were investigated.Results show that under the same operating condition,the ignition timing is retarded and the rate of heat release in the premixed combustion phase increases with increasing the proportion of DDCL.An enhanced premixed combustion leads to slight rise in NOxand drop in soot emissions.At low load,with increase of DDCL proportion,CO and HC emissions increase remarkably,while fuel consumption maintains the same.Particulate matter(PM) emissions for pour DDCL are higher than those for petrodiesel.However,they were reduced as petrodiesel was blended with low proportion of DDCL.
