摘    要:随着切削速度的提高,刀具系统在离心力的作用下发生很大变化,直接影响工件的加工精度和表面粗糙度。文章通过先进的非线性有限元技术分析了离心力对刀具系统特性的影响。研究表明,对刀具系统进行动平衡,消除不平衡量对高速切削具有积极意义。

Abstract:With the increase of the cutting speed, the performance of the tool system varies greatly under the action of the centrifugal force. The machining accuracy and surface roughness of the work pieces are directly influenced. The effect of the centrifugal force on tool system characteristics is analyzed with the advanced nonlinear FEM technology. The analysis results show that putting dynamic balancing in practice and eliminating amount of unbalance is benefit to improving the tool system.
