摘    要:IP专线业务是中国电信数据业务的重要组成部分,随着业务的发展,对IP专线网络的支撑将成为售后支撑工作中的重要组成部分。本文根据处理昆明盘龙网缘网吧专线故障的案例总结了一些经验,通过以上几点经验,可以让我们维护人员能快速并准确的判断出故障点,及时处理IP专线业务的网络故障,从而提高用户服务满意度,提升电信的企业形象。
