摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,对电能的需求量越来越大,输电线路越来越接近于公众的活动区域,输电线路引起的环境问题也逐渐增多。国家电网公司已经提出建设"环境友好型"输变电工程以保证工程的良好电磁环境行为。为此,针对某线路邻近民房处的电磁环境进行了测量研究,结果表明,民房附近工频电场强度的测量结果均<4kV/m,根据现有的标准和规程,认为该电磁环境能满足要求。同时,对该民房平台的电磁环境进行了研究,通过测量和理论分析,提出了民房平台工频电场的测量路径应远离遮蔽物的选择原则,这一原则满足电场的测量要求,可用于民房平台的测量评价。研究表明在目前情况下,对工频电场不满足要求的民房,采取金属屏蔽措施来改善电磁环境的方法是可行的。

Abstract:The construction speed of power grid was faster than ever with the rapid development of the national economy. More and more transmission lines were constructed in the residential area, and some of them were much closer to the residential buildings. The subsequent environmental troubles caused by transmission lines occurred and increased.
