摘    要:某电厂两台引风机在调试期间均出现了不同程度的振动问题,主要表现在风机水平方向振动偏大和高转速下振动不稳定两个方面。通过对DCS监测系统振动数据分析,指出动静摩擦是导致风机不稳定振动的主要原因,基础刚度不足是导致风机异常振动的根本原因。现场通过对风机基础进行加固处理后,从根本上解决了引风机振动问题。

Vibration Analysis and Diagnosis Disposal for Boiler Induced Draught Fan during Debugging Process
Abstract:Vibration problems with different degree occurred in two boiler induced draught fans during the debugging process in a plant. Large vibration occurred in the horizontal direction and then turned to unstable in high rotating speed. Based on the vibration measured data on DCS monitoring system, we found that rub between stator and rotor is the major cause of the unstable vibration. Insufficient base stiffness is the fundamental cause of the abnormal vibration. By reinforcing the fan base in field, vibration faults were solved successfully.
