摘 要: | 针对透平叶片,提出了一种加工工艺过程和编程方法。根据叶片的几何特性,安排合适的加工策略,对生成的刀具轨迹进行仿真,并在五轴加工中心上进行试切,最后在三坐标上检测,经验证叶片的加工质量达到设计要求。

Study on Five-axis NC Machining Technology of Turbine Blade |

Abstract: | A new machining process and NC Programming method for turbine blade is introduced in this paper. According to the geometrical characteristics of blade, a suitable manufacturing strategy is arranged. First, simulate the tool path generated, then machine the blade on a five-axis NC center, and finally test on the three-coordinate. It proves that the machining quality of blade meets the design requirements. |
