| 摘 要： | 在简要分析中国新能源产业发展现状及存在问题的基础上,重点探讨了在新能源时代背景下,传统能源行业的发展战略选择——大力推进先进开采技术以及节能技术的研发;大型煤炭产销基地积极开发下游业务,利用自身的资源优势完善整个行业的产业链建设,由传统单一能源企业向综合性能源集团转变;加快行业结构调整步伐,在适当的时机积极实施"走出去"战略,实现资源优势互补,在国际范围内实现资源优化配置。提出了推动我国新能源产业发展的建议,即国家出台强制性的市场政策、经济政策、法律法规以支持新能源产业。
