摘    要:铁氧体颗粒料在卸料仓中的流动状态取决于卸料仓的结构。在卸料过程中,不合理的流动状态会引起粉料的物理特性,如颗粒分布、松装密度和流动性等逐渐发生变化,从而影响坯件以及磁心的质量一致性。

Abstract:The flow condition of ferrite powder in the discharge bucket depends on the structure of discharge bucket.When the ferrite powder is discharging,if the flow condition is unreasonable,the physical property of ferrite powder,such as particle size distribution,bulk density,fluidity etc.will change gradually.As a result,the quality consistency of green cores and sintered cores will be caused.
