烧结矿和球团矿吸附锌的规律及冶金性能变化的研究

模拟高炉中锌的还原及其蒸气在炉料吸附的过程,对入炉烧结矿、球团矿做了锌吸附及低温还原粉化的试验。试验结果表明:烧结矿和球团矿的吸附锌量随着温度的增加而提高,随着粒度的增大而减少;随着锌吸附量的增加,烧结矿和球团矿的低温还原粉化指标下降,这会影响到高炉的透气性,生产中应对入炉原料的锌含量做严格控制。

Study on the Law of Zinc Absorption and Change of Metallurgical Property of Sinter and Pellet
