摘 要: | <正> 角修正直平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动是由日本酒井高男教授首先提出来的。这种蜗杆传动具有较好的工艺性能、良好的啮合性能和较高的承载能力,是一种很有发展前途的新型蜗杆传动。酒井高男教授等在文献[4]和[5]中报告了这种蜗杆传动的啮合理论和初步的试验研究成果;吴晓铃同志在文献[6]中对其进行了初步的啮合分析;林经德同志在文献[7]中对其

Abstract: | This paper studies chiefly the relative normal curvature of the conjagate flanks, the structure of the tooth flank of worm wheel, the axial tooth profile of the worm, the principle and possibility of the interference of the conjugate flanks. And the interference quantity is calculated. Then, the principle and method of selecting the optional technical parameters are presented.The result of the study and the test all shows that this worm gearing possesses a fine engagement performance, and has wide developing prospecs. |
