粉末冶金自动化压机的机构设计

摘    要:介绍了由普通冲床改装成粉末冶金自动化压机的机构设计过程.研究了粉末冶金自动化压机完成自动化压制的运动协调关系,根据压制工艺要求,对曲轴运转一个周期的角度进行分配,通过运动循环图解决了三组机构从动件运动互不干涉的协调动作的问题.设计了粉末冶金自动化压机的组合机构,根据位移对应关系,研究了送粉机构主从动件转角关系并进行了送粉凸轮的设计.

Abstract:The design process of the mechanisms for automatic press in powder mentallurgy is introduced,which is reconstructed by ordinary puncher. The coordination relation of movement of automatic press is studied. According to the techhological requirement of pressing process,the angle of one cycle operation of the crankshatt is allocated to solve the question of the coordinations of mutual noninterference for three groups of mechanisms follower movement by circulation diagram of movement. The combination mechanisms of the automatic press for powder metallurgy are designed. According to displacement corresponding realtion, the relation of master follower roatation angle of the powder transmission system is studies, and the can is also designed.
