房地产企业发展的复杂适应性分析

在当前所处复杂的社会环境和竞争日趋激烈的市场环境中，房地产企业的发展面临着很多的不确定性。文章运用复杂性理论，分析目前中国房地产企业发展的复杂性，提出在复杂的动态环境下，复杂适应性能力是房地产企业生存发展的途径，论文从企业的组织机构、企业的管理制度、企业的团队精神、企业的创新能力、企业的品牌形象建设等及与相关行业与部门间的协调机制的构建等方面，为房地产企业的发展提出合理可行的建议。

Analysis of Complex Adaptive Development on Real Estate Enterprises

In the complex social environment and the competition market environment，the development of real estate enterprise is facing many uncertainties. Real estate enterprise development complexity was analyzed by complex theory. Complex adaptive ability was survival development way on the real estate enterprise. It is significance for the real estate enterprise to construct enterprise’s organizations and agencies，enterprise’s control system，enterprise’s team spirit，enterprise’s innovation ability，enterprise’s brand image construction；coordinated mechanism between the related profession and department’s aspects and so on，puts forward the reasonable feasible proposal for the real estate enterprise’s development.
