建设项目利益相关者管理框架研究

文章的主要目标是提出一个建设项目利益相关者管理框架，并对该框架进行验证。文章从文献综述入手，深入地分析了3个著名利益相关者管理模型的优势和不足，从而提出了建立基于社会网络分析理论的系统化管理模型的研究目标。为实现这一目标，面谈和调查问卷被用来收集建筑业从业者的观点。基于这些实证研究，提出了一个系统化的建设项目利益相关者管理框架。该框架包括了一个利益相关者管理的前提条件，4个管理活动组和一个持续支持活动组。案例分析表明，该管理框架具有有效性。

Research on Stakeholder Management Framework in Construction Projects

The aim of this paper is to propose a framework for stakeholder management in construction projects，and to validate it. Based on literature review，strengths and limitations of three notable models for stakeholder management were analyzed first. Thereby，the research objective，to establish a systematic framework for stakeholder management considering Social Network Theory，was proposed. To achieve this objective，interview and questionnaire were applied to collect opinions from practitioners in the construction field. Based on the findings of these empirical studies，a systematic framework for stakeholder management was developed，which comprises a precondition，four management activity groups and one continuous support group. The effectiveness of the proposed framework was finally verified by a case study.
