| Abstract: | This paper introduced housing security policies in the United States which focus on medium or low-income stratum from 1930s till now. The historical reasons were analyzed to explain why different housing security models are adopted at different stages in the U.S. from the perspectives of supply and demand. The significance of the research on the U.S. housing security was pointed out as a reference for China based on China’s current situation. |
