工程项目质量控制研究

工程施工质量，是业主和消费者对建筑施工企业评价的首条标准，因此做好工程项目的质量控制，是工程项目管理的重要环节。文章通过对工程项目质量控制基本要素的阐述，提出了工程项目质量控制的理论模型，在此基础上从工程项目施工质量的总体策划，加强施工过程的质量控制，做好不合格品的处置、纠正和预防等3个方面，研究了工程项目质量控制的途径，对改善工程项目的质量控制工作具有借鉴意义。

Study on Project Quality Control

The quality for the construction projects is the first evaluation criteria for the construction enterprises by owners and consumers. Therefore，the quality control for the project construction is a key link. The theoretical model for the project construction quality control was proposed based on the elaborated of basic factors of quality control. The ways for improving the quality control were put forward from three aspects: the overall planning for the construction quality，the improvement of quality control in the construction stage，and the disposal，correction and prevention of the unqualified products，which is referred to improve the quality control of the construction projects.
