摘    要:轧辊内部不均匀分布的残余应力是造成轧辊失效的原因之一,因此,定量无损测量轧辊内残余应力的分布状态非常重要。为提高检测精度,消除探头斜楔块与被测轧辊之间温度差异对检测结果的影响,采用一发两收模式,基于临界折射超声纵波,检测冷轧辊表面的残余应力。结果表明,超声应力检测技术可应用于冷轧辊表面残余应力检测。

Experiment Research on the Ultrasonic Residual Stress Measuring Technology for Cold Rolling Rolls

Abstract:The asymmetric distribution of the residual stress in the roller is one of the factors inducing prematurely failures. Therefore it is very important for guiding the roller usage to measure the distribution of the residual stress nondestructively and quantitatively. In order to improve the examination precision and eliminate the temperature contrast between sound wedge and roller to influence the test result, an ultrasonic stress measuring system based on the LCR wave which adopted the mode of "one sending and two receiving", was used to measure the residual stress of the cold rolling roller surface. The results indicated feasibility of measuring the residual stress of the cold rolling roller surface by using ultrasonic residual stress technology.
