基于CO_2激光雕刻机的微流控分析芯片快速制造系统的研究

摘    要:本文介绍一种在对现有微流控芯片加工方法进行综述的基础上,利用激光雕刻加工微流控芯片的方法。基于CO2激光雕刻机控制器原理及图像处理理论,开发研究针对BMP图像文件格式适用于激光雕刻的软件,通过图形处理生成加工路径文件后,经过再处理得到插补数据,利用半步偏差-几何最优法插补程序实现对X,Y轴步进电机和激光电源的控制,从而实现雕刻加工,将激光雕刻加工出的盖片和基片进行键合,从而制作出微流控芯片。

Abstract:Summarization of current manufacturing methods of microfluidic chip and Laser Carve technology is made in the article.According to the principle of the controller of CO_2 marking machine and the principle of image processing,the laser marking software,which is suitable to BMP image for scanning marking,is built in this paper.The whole scheme of the control system of stand-alone of laser engraving machine is established and the process of research and manufacturing of the machine is completed by the hardware and software,making the cover piece and the carrying piece bonding together,then we can produce a microfluidic.
