摘    要:基于硬齿面滚剃刀齿形的制造方法 ,分别采用直线、圆弧、双曲线拟合法对滚剃刀法截面齿形进行了近似造型。近似造型误差计算结果表明 ,直线拟合法误差较大 ,但砂轮修整简单 ;圆弧拟合法误差最小 ,但砂轮修整稍难 ;双曲线拟合法误差很小且砂轮修整简单

Abstract:Based on the technology of machining the tooth profile of hobbing shaving cutter for cutting hardened gear, the approximate forming of the tooth profile on normal section is carried out by means of straight line fitting, arc fitting and hyperbola fitting. The calculation results of approximate forming errors show that the error of straight line fitting is large although the dressing of grinding wheel is easy, the error of arc fitting is minimum but the dressing of grinding wheel is a little hard, the error of hyperbola fitting is very small and the dress of grinding wheel is easy too.
