| 摘 要： | 介绍了钝感奥克托今（DO-XX）和钝感墨索今（DH-8）两种能用作平板装药高钝感炸药，分析研究了两种炸药的安全特性，对DO-XX炸药的爆速和爆压进行了理论计算，对DO-XX平板装经的爆速进行了试验测试，结果表明DO-XX炸药可以满足平板装药的要求。

| Abstract: | The high insensitive explosive and the flat charge are introduced in this paper. The detonation velocity and detonation pressure of the DO-XX explosive are calculated. The detonation velocity of the flat charge is measured, and the safety characteristics of the explosive charge are studied and analyzed, which can meet the requirements of engineering designs. |
