| 摘 要： | 本研究以八种二元羧酸为原料制得了其对应的单甲酯盐，并作为吸铬助剂应用于铬鞣，结果表明，戊二酸单甲酯钠具有较好的吸铬效果，铬鞣废液含铬量在0．5g/l以下以（Cr2O3计）。蓝坯革在复鞣加脂工段中，洗出的铬较少（为0．21g/l)。戊二酸单甲酯钠用于铬鞣不仅可促进铬在革内的均匀分布，而且可以解决二元酸盐用于铬鞣易导致粗面的缺点。

| Abstract: | Eight kinds of dicarboxylic monomethylester salts are synthesized. Their application in chrome-tanning process shows that glutaric monomethylester sodium has good chrome-exhaustion ability, the chrome content in the waste tanning liquor is 0 491g/l(calculated on Cr 2O 3). In the retanning and fatliquoring processes, the total chrome content in the spent liquor is 0 21g/l. The distribution of chrome in leather is good and the grain is smooth. |
