直热式多效低温蒸馏苦咸水淡化系统研究

摘    要:针对内蒙地区设计了一种太阳能直热式多效低温蒸馏苦咸水淡化系统,它将太阳能直热式系统和多效蒸馏系统相结合来淡化苦咸水,并智能启停真空泵等.对这一系统进行产水量和蒸发器的热力分析并进行了模拟计算及初步试验,结果表明当太阳能直热式系统出水温度达到60℃以上,小型模拟系统一天的产水量可达60 kg,当多效蒸馏的效数为4时,淡水的成本在5~7元/m3,在太阳能资源丰富而淡水缺乏的地区,使用该太阳能直热式多效蒸馏系统是可行的.

Abstract:A multi-effect distillation system heated directly by solar energy for Inner Mongolia was designed,which combined direct solar thermal and multi-effect distillation together to desalinate brackish water,and can realize smart start and stop pumps.Some analogy calculations were conducted on water production rate and the heat analysis of evaporators about this system.The result indicated that the water production rate per day can reach 60 kg in this system,when effluent temperature reached 60℃ of direct solar thermal.When number of multi-effect was 4,the cost of fresh water was 5~7 RMB/m3.So it is feasible to use multi-effect distillation system heated directly by solar energy in the areas where the solar energy is abundant but lacking of fresh water.
