模块化多电平变流器稳态和暂态性能仿真研究

摘    要:在应用内含子模块电容电压均衡控制的最近电平调制方式基础上,建立了电网平衡或不平衡运行状态下应用模块化多电平变流器的高压直流输电系统数学模型,设计了同步旋转坐标系下双内环直接电流控制方法.通过PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了21电平双端直流输电系统,仿真结果显示系统具有良好的稳态和暂态性能,同时也验证了调制策略和控制方法的有效性.

Abstract:Based on the nearest level modulation(NLM) strategy,including a capacitor voltage balancing method,a mathematical model for the MMC-HVDC,under balanced and unbalanced grid operation modes,was developed.The steady-state and transient performance of a point-to-point 21-level MMC-HVDC was researched in the PSCAD/EMTDC environment.The reported results showed the MMC-HVDC had a nice performance,and can respond satisfactorily to the system dynamics and control commands under balanced and unbalanced conditions.The effectiveness of the NLM modulation and voltage balancing method was also validated.
