摘    要:目的]系统地研究氟硅唑农药在苹果及土壤中的残留量,促进安全生产。方法]建立了样品用乙腈溶液提取、吸附分散剂(PSA)净化后,通过液相色谱-紫外检测器测定,面积外标法定量的检测方法。结果]方法检出限为9.9×10-3mg/kg,平均回收率为71.5%~105.0%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~8.2%。结论]方法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好。

Abstract:Systematically studied the residues of flusilazole in apple and soil to promote the safety production.Methods] Samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by adsorption dispersant PSA,and determined by HPLC-UV.Results] The detectable limit of this method was 9.9×10-3 mg/kg,the average recovery rate was 71.5-105.0%,the relative standard deviation was 2.4-8.2%.Conclusions] The method was fast,simple and sensitive with good accuracy.
