超超临界机组轴封蒸汽温度与主机转子温度的匹配分析

摘    要:国内新建1000 MW超超临界机组多为扩建工程,启动汽源多采用老厂来汽,新建机组与老厂普遍存在辅助蒸汽参数不匹配的问题.根据国华宁海电厂的实际情况,分析了轴封温度和主轴温度的匹配措施及改造方案,说明了辅助蒸汽热备用的重要性.轴封蒸汽系统改造后,轴封温度恒定,蒸汽参数能够满足机组启动要求,该方案对同类型电厂轴封蒸汽系统匹配具有一定参考价值.

Abstract:The problem of 1000MW Ultra-supercritical unit auxiliary steam system parameters mismatch is common in China.The feasible scheme of auxiliary steam system modification was analyzed and the importance of alternate auxiliary steam was emphasized according to the actual conditions of the GuoHua NingHai power plant.After the modification,the auxiliary steam system gland seal temperature constant,and steam parameters meet to the requirements of unit startup.The auxiliary steam system modification also has certain reference value to the same type power plant.
