摘    要:本研究初步建立了用差示扫描量热法鉴别细菌的技术。用0℃~550℃的DSC指纹图,对8株(5类)细菌进行了鉴别,获得了满意的效果,为微生物分析提供了一种新的、快速的、自动的手段。

Abstract:Using DSC the paper studies the method for discrimination of the whole cellular. Andthe DSC thermograms of the bacteria of eight strains (five classes) have beendeterminated. Then the experimental results indicate that the thermograms of DSC can beused as "finger print" for classification of microorganisms.
