Technical Solution of Multi Function Service on Call System

In order to increase service quality and efficiency,aimming at the problem that normal 114 telephone number query system can not well fulfill demands of multi function telephone number query service,a set of entire artificial management system on telephone number query is presented.A multi function system platform is built up by using open component oriented multi-layer Client/Server system architcture.Application result shows that 40 % efficiency improvement of telephone number query is brought.The system is leading in data management and queue management.
