| 摘 要： | 以纯棉纱和涤棉混纺纱为例,就纱线条干、捻度、锭速等对单纱捻度CV值的影响进行了实验分析,用数理统计的方法得出条干CV等因素与成纱捻度不匀率间的相关关系,探讨了降低捻度不匀率CV值的有效措施.

| Abstract: | Taking pure cotton yarn and polyester/cotton blended yarn as examples, the experimental analysis was done for the factors like yarn evenness CV,twist and spindle speed affecting single yarn twist CV.By statistical inferring,the relative relation of yarn evenness CV with yarn twist unevenness was concluded. Effective measures to decrease yarn twist unevenness CV were discussed. |
